Soon enough, 2010 will become 2011.
Some countries in the world has already celebrated their new year. A new year, a new beginning. But first, let me talk about 2010. I hope I can finish this 2010 post before 12am.
2010 was a year of ups and downs. There was fun, awesome moments, there was also depressing ones.
I don't know should I rejoice over the fact that it's over, or regret that I didn't manage to finish what I wanna do by the end of this year. But my instincts just tell me to face with reality and get on with life. Though one year just passed so quickly, I can't remember whatever stuffs I did on the first half of the year. Stuffs I remember were either moments that made me happy or depressed. Those happy moments, like Level Camp, never fail to cheer me up. :) But those sad moments, just made me more depressed.
But hey, those moments are over. They will never return. No matter how much we want time to rewind, it just doesn't listen to us.
All I need to do now is to get on with life, and live it to the fullest. I'll make sure I will never regret 2011 like how I regretted 2010. I will rejoice over 2011, about how have I done my very best and lived my life to the fullest. I will rejoice over the fact that DHS has given me an awesome life, not a nerd life :)
Well, at least this year wasn't really fail. Though I still think I could have done better in the first half of 2010. I spent too much time playing. Time for me to mug hard for Yr2. It's gonna be much harder.
LET'S REWIND :) BACK TO THE PAST :D
I still remember that the first person I sat with was Jiayi in 1E. :) And Orientation was very awesome :) First friend I went recess with was Annabel and Rochelle :) Friendly people :D Soon enough, all the stress started coming in. Oh great. Though I didn't really go real close with 1E, I find the people in evaron awesome :) With those sick stuffs, jovial people that made our class awesome :D I still remember during Level Camp, we bonded quite well. :) Class dance was quite well :) Level camp was very fun :) Those moments in 1E were memorable :) Thanks Jia Jun, Hoong Yan, Shanel, Claire, Rochelle, Jiayi and XinLer for making my life awesome in 1E. Still remember those last minute mugging I do with them.
SQUAD :D I feel that after SOC, we kinda bonded more and got to know each other better :) Still remember that Cheryl was the only person I know in the squad. Next was YL, cos we surprisingly managed to talk to one another. Then Samantha :) Haha :) Still remember those times, well, when we didn't really wanna open our mouths. And Staff Manjia was our SC :) She's awesome :) though during the SOC, when she introduced the games she sounded like a salesperson. She was saying, 'We have tried this game for the past 2 years and it was a success.' *thumbs up and smiling* and her voice sounded like one :) haha :) I still remembered when 29 people stood on 9 chairs. And we overcame loads of difficulties. And we still came home in one piece physically. I don't know mentally though. I came home half dead, wanting to sleep. -_- I still remember after camp started chatting with Cheryl Ying and YL non-stop. And boarding the same train as Peiqi and talking to her till Xin Hui comes. Once waited for YL and Cheryl Ying. Started chatting about why Phileon came out at the same time as us when he got off the previous train. That was epic. :)
SERIPHOS :D SERI SQUEEZE :) I love seri :). Esp, the sick jokes and the whole loads of gossip :) Some more there's this gossip so famous that it accidentally spread to some people outside Seriphos. About YL (duuuhhhh) and ahem. Peiqi and I was talking y ahem don't want wait for YL. AHAAHAHAHA. OMG. And I still remember comp trains for Std 1 comp :) Its always filled with laughter and fun. Oh yah, ROYAL TRADITION. That was funny. And marching like penguins. And seri is kinda filled with animals, thanks to funny nicknames. Still remember bandaging SGT Claudia into some doraemon. And Alisha, some other seniors and me always try to make YL go with ahem. Till now, YL owes us 2 dares. Then I still remember it was on Zone 8 games day. Then we ask CPF help us do a favour in helping YL do the intro. Then he was like oooh ok :) Well, he knew about it long ago. -.- Then we ask her do it on pb or some gl senior. wahahahaha. still remember doing seri squeeze for 6 times to keep our morales high during std1comp. Still remember how dissappointed we were in our foot drill after seeing our shocking results. Until now I still remember 45/70. We came out 2nd last in FD. But thanks to our FA, we came out as overall champions. :) I still love seri :) then the epic cards session which was very fail. Oh made me remember of ALD, how we teased YL cos' she elaborated too much on how she banged into some std3s and quarreled with them. alisha and me started teasing her. oh well, now the seniors are trying to seperate us, like trying to make us not talk for 1h,. Hopefully, idw any of us to get transfered to other houses. Well, at least sir kin keong said shouldn't be transfering. SERIPHOS (L)(L)(L) We're awesome. Oh and cpf , next time walk faster, if not i'll step on ur boots again.
