We, the citizens of Singapore
pledge ourselves as one united people,
regardless of race, language or religion,
to build a democratic society,
based on justice and equality,
so as to achieve happiness, prosperity and
progress for our nation.
The true test of our pledge to SIngapore will come in times of crises, in confronting teroism or other challanges. Let us remain as one people, always.
Hope that you know that this verse is very important to us as the true test of our pledge is in confrontin ther challanges. If you have not heard it, pleas go and see it. By reading this pledge, we swear to Singapore that we would always united as one, ALWAYS.
